Long-term Achievement Award

To recognise the work and contribution of an exceptional individual who has campaigned over a long period of time.

Occasionally, a person comes along whose experience, analysis and sheer fighting passion shift the way we think about the deepest systems of power. When they do, they are a gift without equal because they create new space to imagine a different, better way of living. Selma James is one of those people.

Campaign of the Year

This is a special recognition award for Campaign of the Year. It’s for a campaign that particularly excelled – not just because of what they won, but also how they won it.

Marcus Rashford & FareShare – movement to end child food poverty

There came a growing realisation that this was a bigger challenge than could be tackled by goodwill alone. Individual acts of support were building into a movement for change.
