Opportunities to work with SMK

Become a trustee at SMK

Our Board is currently made up of seven trustees and we are looking to recruit a further three. A full role description can be found in trustee role description.

SMK is committed to both working in and supporting deeper solidarity in the campaign community, and to uphold our commitments to Solidarity & EDI as set out in our statement. We see this as a shared commitment across the whole organisation and we want to use this selection process to broaden the range of experience and perspectives represented on our Board and to bring new skills and networks. We have a particular interest in those who bring experience of public law and fundraising.

If you’d like to apply, please send a CV and covering letter to [email protected] using the subject line ‘Trustee application’ by Tuesday 30 April.

Your covering letter should outline what you think you would bring to the role and why you want to join the SMK board. Applications will be considered by the Chair and Trustees of SMK. Suitable candidates will be invited to interview. We hope our new Trustees will be in place to join our next Board on June 18th.
