We are saddened to learn of the death of HM The Queen.
Over her lifetime, she met many hundreds of campaigners and change-makers working with people and within communities across the UK. SMK pays tribute to her encouragement of those striving to build a better world.

Emma Boyd is the Head of Marketing and Communications at SMK, and has worked in the charity sector over the past 20+ years in the arts, human rights, and women’s rights sectors. She began her career in arts management, on photography and film projects, and later moved into campaigning and strategic communications as a consultant and within organisations. Charity communications have been a big part of her career, with her campaigning work largely focused on issues related to gender-based violence and human rights.
