Connect to other changemakers: new SMK community noticeboard

As part of SMK’s work to help campaigners thrive, and to ensure that changemakers are connected and powered up to keep on pushing for the change they want to see, we have recently launch a community noticeboard.

SMK’s connect strategy is all about putting campaigners and changemakers in touch with each other. We know that social change can end up being a lonely pursuit.

It takes all kinds of knowledge and expertise – to tackle the issues we face. That’s why SMK works to connect the diverse campaign communities we serve – to find common cause where it exists, and to better understand our differences – to deepen solidarity and unleash power for change.

One way we can keep each other informed is through sharing what we are doing, what we know, and what opportunities there are to get involved and connect.

The SMK community noticeboard is for you!

We believe that strong communities have a foundation of generosity and giving to each other. We hope this space will be useful when you have something you would like to share or something you would like to offer this community, such as jobs related to campaigning, reports, guides, events, podcasts, news etc. that might be relevant.

We think we’ve made posting easy but it’s a new platform, so if you need support or have any questions please email info@smk.org.uk

Please note: this noticeboard isn’t for campaign actions such as signing of petitions and donations.
