Long-term Achievement Award
To recognise the work and contribution of an exceptional individual who has campaigned over a long period of time.
Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through advice, support, and legal services. And they campaign to make sure that, one day, no one will have to turn to them for help.
Reverend Paul Nicolson
The campaigning minister who worked tirelessly for better living standards for people on low incomes. Nicolson founded Taxpayers Against Poverty, an organisation that campaigns for affordable homes and an adequate income for those in or out of work. He also established the influential charity Zacchaeus 2000 Trust, which works with people in London to solve their housing and welfare issues and campaigns to change policy that is causing them most harm.

Best Community Campaign
This Award celebrates a successful campaign that has taken place at a local community level. It could be led by one or many but will have led to a change that benefits all of or a significant portion of the local community.
